The Stiletto Studio-5 FL is Schecter’s answer to bassists who want the growl of fretless without sacrificing low-end punch. Neck-thru construction with Ultra Access joins a mahogany body and bubinga top for a resonant, sustain-heavy foundation, while the maple/walnut multi-ply neck keeps things stable under heavy right-hand attack. A 35″ scale and rosewood fretboard with fretless lines give you the room to really dig in and slide with confidence, and the thin ‘C’ neck profile keeps five strings feeling manageable rather than a stretch.
