Description
Bassists running synth pedals, envelope filters, and modulation-heavy boards know the struggle: cram enough juice onto a pedalboard without picking up hum, buzz, or digital hiss. The Pedal Power 4×4 solves that with true linear (analog) power — no switching-supply noise creeping into your low end. It’s built to run up to four current-hungry digital units (think Strymon, Eventide, Line 6, TC Electronic) alongside four standard 9V battery-style stompboxes, all from eight fully isolated, filtered, and regulated outputs.
Each output is electrically separate from the others, so ground loops and cross-talk stay out of your signal path — critical when you’re pushing low frequencies through multiple gain stages. A built-in thermometer runs a silent cooling fan automatically, so the unit stays stable even baking on an outdoor festival stage in July. It also shrugs off rough AC conditions at sketchy venues, delivering the same clean, consistent voltage night after night.
Everything is handmade in the USA with a toroidal transformer for the quietest possible operation, and the whole unit is compact enough to mount underneath a Pedaltrain board or tuck into smaller setups without hogging real estate.
