Reunion Blues built its name on the Continental case, famously proving its toughness by dropping one off a three-story building back in 2008. The Voyager series takes that same protective DNA and trims the fat, giving gigging bassists a lighter, smarter case for hauling two electric basses at once.
Inside, the reinforced Flexoskeleton structure absorbs shock and impact without the bulk of older designs, while a locking neck block and adjustable endpin protector pads keep both instruments braced and steady in transit. The Quadraweave exterior wears a rugged Black Heather finish that shrugs off scuffs and looks sharp van after van, load-in after load-in.
The Zero G handle still carries like it’s barely there, now with a reinforced edge seam for the long haul, and the hideaway backpack straps adjust to fit however you need to carry it — hands full or not.
This particular unit is a B-stock find: the exterior handle was installed in the wrong position (see photos) and one zipper has a small cosmetic defect. Structurally and functionally, it’s the same road-ready double bass case — just at a lower price for players who don’t mind a quirk or two.
