Description
The Stiletto Extreme-5 is Schecter’s answer for five-string players who need the low B to stay tight and articulate instead of turning to mud. That 35″ scale length gives the extra string real tension and definition, so your low end stays punchy on stage rather than flabby in the mix. The mahogany body wears a quilted maple top in Black Cherry with creme binding, giving it stage presence without going flashy.
- Bolt-on maple neck with a Thin ‘C’ profile – fast under the hand, comfortable for long sets
- Rosewood fretboard, 24 X-Jumbo frets, 16″ radius, pearloid & abalone vector inlays
- Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut (1.771″ wide) plus a 2-way adjustable truss rod
- Dual Schecter Diamond Bass pickups driven by an active 2-band EQ with master volume/blend
- Diamond Bass bridge and Schecter tuners finished in black chrome for a cohesive dark hardware look
- Metal knurled knobs with set screws that won’t drift mid-set, plus a 9V clip-in battery compartment for quick swaps
- Ships strung with Ernie Ball 5-String Super Long .045-.130
Built in Indonesia with a right-handed bolt-on construction, this bass leans into practical stage use – a low B that actually cuts through, a neck that doesn’t fight you, and controls that let you shape your tone quickly between songs. Whether you’re locking in with a drummer or covering the low end solo, the Stiletto Extreme-5 gives you the range and the growl to do it.
