Description

The Model-T 4 Exotic Ziricote takes Schecter’s workhorse T-series and dresses it up with a genuine ziricote top over a black limba body, finished in a natural satin that lets the wood grain do the talking. It’s a bass that looks like a one-off but plays like a road-ready tool.

Under the hood, the roasted maple neck and matching roasted maple fretboard bring stability and a bit of extra bite to the attack, while the thin “C” profile keeps your fretting hand relaxed through long sets. Black 3-piece block inlays and black 1-ply binding tie the cosmetics together against that dark, satin finish. A 34″ scale, 21 jumbo frets, and a 12″ fretboard radius give you fast access up and down the neck, and the Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut helps keep tuning solid string to string.

Tone-wise, the Schecter MonsterTone-J bridge and MonsterTone-P neck pickups deliver a punchy, versatile low-end – thick enough for pick or fingerstyle, with enough clarity to cut through a full band mix. Independent volume controls for each pickup plus a single tone knob let you dial in your blend on the fly, right from the stage.

Other details that matter when you’re gigging: a bolt-on construction for snap and sustain, a Schecter custom bridge that works either string-thru or top-load, black hardware throughout, and WSC KG400 tuners for dependable tuning stability. It ships strung with Ernie Ball 4-String Super Long strings (.045-.105).
