Nyatoh gives the low end a resonant, woody bloom that sits great in a mix without disappearing.
Power comes from the H-1 humbucker loaded with a ceramic magnet – this pickup pushes a hot, high-output signal with treble that cuts through the band mix, so your lines stay articulate even when things get loud. Behind the pickup sits a 9-volt active preamp with a straightforward 2-band EQ, giving you real headroom to dial in your low end and top end without fighting a complicated control layout. It’s fast to set on a dark stage between songs.
The body bolts to a hard maple neck carrying a vintage-style nut width – at 38mm, it’s noticeably slimmer than a modern StingRay nut, which fretting-hand players who grew up on older basses will appreciate. Finished in Olympic White, this bass looks as classic as it plays.
