The RAY34LH-NT takes everything that made the original StingRay a bass-players’ benchmark and builds it in mirror image, so you’re not fighting a flipped-string conversion or hunting for a rare vintage lefty.
Under your hands you get a lightweight swamp ash body in a natural finish, paired with a roasted maple neck that’s stable, snappy, and comfortable across long sets. The single Alnico humbucker feeds into a 3-band active preamp, giving you enough tonal range to go from thumping, round low end to an aggressive, cutting mid-forward growl without ever losing clarity. The Sterling-designed bridge and 6-bolt neck joint keep everything locked in tight, so your low end stays punchy and your intonation stays honest, even when you’re digging in hard at volume.
The 21-fret maple fingerboard with black dot markers keeps things fast and visible on a dark stage, and the 9.5″ radius makes both fingerstyle grooves and slap lines feel natural. It ships loaded with Ernie Ball Super Slinky strings and comes with a deluxe Sterling by Music Man gig bag, so you can grab it and go straight to rehearsal or the gig.
