Description
We know most of our customers here are chasing low end, but every bass player’s bandmate needs a guitar player, and this Duo-Sonic is the kind of offset that earns its keep in any setup. This particular unit was our showroom demo, gently played, well cared for, and priced to move.
The 24″ scale length is the standout feature — it makes bends easier and gives the tone a slightly warmer, thicker quality than a standard Strat scale, all while keeping the smaller alder body comfortable for stage moves or smaller players. Two Duo-Sonic single-coils, one at bridge, one at neck, cover a lot of ground through the 3-way switch, from bright jangle to something with real bite when you dig in.
Maple neck, maple fingerboard, 9.5″ radius, 22 medium jumbo frets — it’s a fast, comfortable neck whether you’re working extended chord shapes or just want easy access up high. The six-saddle, string-through hardtail bridge with bent steel saddles adds sustain and a little extra sparkle up top, so single-note lines cut through a mix without getting harsh.
