The slim hard-rock maple neck wears a vintage gloss finish over a 9 1/2″ radius, with Jescar 57110 medium-jumbo nickel-silver frets that make fast lines and fat vibrato feel effortless. Down at the bridge, Leo Fender’s own Saddle-Lock design anchors string energy straight into the body’s end-grain, giving the whole instrument extra resonance and sustain you can feel through the strap.
