The ash body wears a spalted maple top with all its wild, one-of-a-kind grain patterns, finished in Natural Satin so the wood does the talking.
The 5-piece maple/jatoba neck is carved in an Extra Thin U shape, giving you a fast, low-effort grip whether you’re walking a jazz line or digging into a fretless fill. A roasted jatoba fingerboard with 24 fret line markers keeps your pitch honest without the visual clutter of actual frets — you get the reference points, none of the crutch.
Tone comes from passive ESP Designed SB-5 pickups (SB-5N neck, SB-5B bridge) paired with an active ABQ-3 3-band EQ, so you can shape everything from a woody, vocal fretless growl to a modern, scooped low end. Black nickel hardware, an LTD BB-605 bridge with string-thru design for extra sustain and attack, and LTD tuners round out a build that’s as gig-ready as it is expressive.
