Description
Ever wanted your bass to sound like it’s got a second player standing next to you? Fission Bass builds instant harmonies on top of whatever note you’re playing, giving you octaves, 5ths, 4ths, and stacked combinations that thicken up a line without you having to move your hands. It’s the kind of pedal that turns a simple riff into something that fills the whole room.
The footswitches themselves are smart: LEDs glow to show you which harmony is queued up, then dim once you’ve engaged it, so you can dial in the next combo silently mid-song and stomp it on right on cue. No guessing, no fumbling in the dark stage lights.
Beyond the harmony engine, Fission Bass works as a small multi-effect unit — noise gate, overdrive, tone shaping, and effect level all sit under your control, letting you go from a barely-there octave shimmer to a fuzzed-out powerchord roar that’ll make your guitarist jealous. Under the hood it runs 32-bit processing with 24-bit conversion, so the low end stays clean and defined even when you’re stacking multiple voices.
Built into a compact metal housing, it takes a single mono input from active or passive pickups, and outputs both a mixed signal for one-amp setups and an effects-only signal if you want to run a separate amp for the harmony layer.
