Forget what you know about 10s sounding thin – the CX410 was built by GK to prove otherwise. Each speaker gets its own sealed chamber, so there’s no shared air space stealing your tone or leaking sound through the cabinet walls. The result is a tight, punchy low end with the kind of note definition that lets every string come through clean, even in a dense mix.

The drivers aren’t off-the-shelf parts. GK engineered them specifically for this cabinet at their USA factory, using edge-wound aluminum 2″ voice coils to push efficiency and punch well beyond what you’d expect from a 10″ speaker. The port itself was tuned in tandem with the drivers, and a jute-blend damping material inside dials in exactly the right amount of control at exactly the right frequencies.

Gigging players will appreciate the details GK sweated over: Sure Lock feet and corners that click together when you stack cabinets, so your rig stays put on rickety stages. Tough vinyl covering with metal corner protection means it can take a beating from load-in to load-out, and side handles plus a compact footprint make hauling it a lot less of a chore. A three-position tweeter attenuator lets you dial in top-end sizzle – or kill it entirely – while a locking speaker connector and standard 1/4″ input keep your signal chain solid night after night.
