If you’ve ever wished your rig could think like you do mid-set, the Bassbone V2 is that box. It’s built around the same audio circuit that made the original Bassbone a go-to for players who don’t mess around with tone. Run two basses into it and flip between them with a footswitch – each channel gets its own level knob so neither instrument gets buried, plus its own passive-interactive EQ so aggressive it can nudge a P-Bass toward Rickenbacker territory without touching a single knob on your amp.
There’s a PZB booster tucked in for anyone doubling on upright with a piezo pickup, so switching from electric to acoustic mid-song isn’t a scramble. A second footswitch handles either a solo boost or acts as a silent mute for tuning between songs, and a third opens up an effects loop with wet/dry blending – so your dry tone stays intact underneath whatever pedal you’re mixing in, and you can route effects to one channel or both.
Everything gets cleaned up and sent out through the built-in Radial DI, giving you a low-Z balanced feed to the PA while your amp and tuner stay happy on their own outs. It’s a full bass command center that just happens to fit in a pedal-sized footprint – solid for gigs, just as useful tracking in the studio. This unit ships with the 15VDC power supply and is open box, tested to mint condition.
