Description
The Model-T Session pairs an EMG P at the neck with an EMG J at the bridge, so you get that thumping P-bass foundation and the J’s midrange bite in one instrument — dial them in with the master volume, blend, and 2-band active EQ and you’ve got a huge range of usable tones without touching a pedal. The swamp ash body under that Aged Natural Satin finish keeps things light on the shoulder for long sets while still delivering plenty of resonance and airiness in the low mids.
- Bolt-on maple neck with a Thin ‘C’ profile and maple fretboard – fast under the hand, stable under stage lights
- 34″ scale, 22 narrow X-Jumbo frets, 12″ fretboard radius, ebony side block markers
- Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut (1.653″ wide) for consistent tuning and smooth string travel
- Schecter Custom Bass bridge – string-through or top-load, your call
- Grover Vintage Bass 142 Series tuners for rock-solid tuning stability night after night
- Black hardware and metal knurled knobs throughout
- Ships strung with Ernie Ball 4-String Super Long #2849 (.045-.105)
- 18-volt battery compartment with screw plate for the active electronics
This is a bass built for players who gig – Korean-built for consistency, active EMGs for tone flexibility, and a satin-finished ash body that’s as comfortable at a three-hour club date as it is in the studio. Case sold separately.
