Description
Some gigs need one tone. Most don’t. If you’re juggling instruments, songs, or just moods within a single set, the SansAmp Bass Driver Deluxe is built to keep up without missing a beat.
- Two inputs let you keep a pair of basses hot and ready, with a pop-free switch between them so nobody in the crowd notices the change.
- Six total presets — split three-and-three across your two inputs, or stack all six for one bass if you’re the type who needs a different flavor for every song.
- A programmable FX loop ties a specific effect setting to each preset, so your chorus, drive, or whatever weird pedal you love shows up automatically every time you hit that button — no extra tap-dancing required.
Underneath the preset-switching convenience is the same all-analog SansAmp circuit that’s made the Bass Driver line a mainstay for bassists chasing that fat, gritty, unmistakably alive low end. Run it straight into a studio board and skip the mic entirely. Take it direct to the house PA and leave the amp at home. Or run both — power amp and cab on stage while the DI feeds front-of-house at the same time, giving you full control over your sound in the room and out.
Power it however your gig demands: 9V alkaline battery, the optional Tech 21 DC2 supply, or phantom power from the board. Compact footprint at 9.75″L x 5.25″W x 2.0″H means it disappears into any pedalboard or rack bag without a fight.
