The maple neck carries a “Modern C” profile with a 9.5″ radius fingerboard, striking a balance that suits players coming from fretted instruments as well as those chasing that fretless glide. Inlaid fret line markers keep you oriented without breaking the fretless illusion, and the pau ferro board offers smooth, low-friction travel under your fingers. Scale length sits at the standard 34″, nut width at 1.5″.
Tone comes from two Player Series Alnico 5 single-coil Jazz Bass pickups, wired with independent volume for each and a master tone control — enough to dial in everything from a woody, mwah-heavy upright vibe to a punchier, more modern low end.
