Description
Every bassist who’s thrown out their back loading in a traditional 4×10 knows the appeal here immediately: this is the tone you want, minus the hernia. GK built the Neo 410 around four 10″ Paragon cast-frame Neodymium speakers, and the magnet swap is the whole story — same fat, punchy low end and smooth, consistent voice from bottom to top, but a cab you can actually carry solo up a flight of stairs.
Handling 800 Watts RMS at 8 ohms, this cabinet stays articulate in the mids and clear on top, so your note definition doesn’t get lost even when you’re driving it hard. GK included a quality horn tweeter with both Horn Bi-Amp and passive crossover options, so you can run it flat and full-range or dial in that extra sizzle for slap and pick tones.
Under the hood, the 11-ply poplar cabinet is chambered and braced specifically to kill standing waves — the kind of detail that keeps your tone honest at gig volume instead of muddying up in a room. Rugged steel grille and black Tolex covering handle the road life, custom interlocking corners keep the box tight over years of load-ins, and recessed spring-loaded handles plus removable casters make the actual carrying part painless.
A Speakon cable is included, so you’re plugged in and playing that much faster.
