Description
The C-4 Apocalypse was born because bassists saw Schecter’s Apocalypse guitar line and wanted in on that same rugged, high-spec attitude. This is a bass that looks like it’s ready for the end times and plays like it means it.
- 5-ply Maple/Padauk laminate neck reinforced with carbon-fiber rods for a neck that resists twisting and dead spots under heavy strings or aggressive players
- Ebony fingerboard loaded with 24 stainless steel extra-jumbo frets, minimalist Mother-of-Pearl triangle inlays at the 12th and 24th, plus glow-in-the-dark side dots for dark stages
- 34″ scale neck set into a swamp-ash body through an Ultra-Access joint, so upper-fret runs stay comfortable instead of cramped
- Pair of Schecter US Custom Shop Apocalypse Bass humbuckers – passive, high-transparency, and built to push out warm, deep low-end with real upper-mid bite; each pickup has its own series/split/parallel switch, so you can dial in anything from tight and focused to full humbucking growl
- Grover 144 tuners and a Graph-Tech Black TusQ XL nut keep tuning stable through hard-hitting sets
- Schecter Custom-4 bridge supports top-load or through-body stringing for maximum string-to-body coupling, deep tone, and long sustain
Finished in Rusty Grey, it’s got that weathered, hostile edge that still reads elegant under stage lights. For bassists who want serious low-end authority without giving up tonal flexibility, the C-4 Apocalypse delivers on every front.
