Inside are four completely isolated, filtered, and regulated output sections, so each pedal gets its own clean supply rather than sharing a noisy bus. That isolation kills ground loops and cross-talk between effects — the kind of interaction that can turn a tight, punchy bass tone into a mess of buzz and dropouts. A toroidal transformer paired with linear regulation keeps things quiet even under the rough AC conditions you’ll find on most stages.
It’s compact enough to tuck onto a small pedalboard or a rack shelf, and works just as well as a supplemental supply if your main board is already maxed out. Every output is also fully compatible with standard 9V battery-powered pedals, so it’s not just for digital gear.
